Fable Trading
Fable Trading are the sole distributer of Trollbeads in the UK and Ireland, beautifully designed and sculptured beads for bracelets and necklaces. The beads are made from the highest quality raw materials including sterling silver, 18ct and 14ct gold, natural pearls, precious stones and glass from around the world. Fable Trading required an online solution for their trade partners to be able order directly online.
Initially built on a Sage Line 50 installation, Fable Trading needed to be able to process their customer’s orders directly into Sage, whilst showing live stock levels online and any discount structures required and agreed with their trade partners. With the new Shopfront system up and running and orders being placed successfully online, the next challenge for Fable Trading was an upgrade to Sage 200 Suite. Working closely with Fable Sage business partner (Red Business Systems) the Shopfront solution was also upgraded and migrated to the new Sage 200 install.
The Shopfront solution has helped streamline the business processes within Fable Trading with the bulk of the customer base now ordering directly online. This has reduced both their internal processing time of these orders as well as a reduction in incorrect orders and returns.
