Customers can order either by stock code or from your catalogue. They see their own prices and the discounts you’ve set for them and are able to pay by credit card or on account. For account sales, you can monitor their spend in real-time against their credit limit.
All orders are automatically sent to your Sage Sales Order Processing queue where stock is allocated and instantly updated in real-time back to your website. You save time and reduce the chance of errors because there’s no need to re-key orders. And your customers will always know what’s in stock, and what’s not.

Manage your products
Display searchable product information directly imported from Sage 50/200, showing stock code, name, description, price, tax code and part number. Customers only see the price that’s applicable to them, together with any individual discount structures in place. You can add images, attachments, MetaPack shipping data and there’s a back order facility
Organise your products by department and show name, description and optional images.

Manage your stock
View your actual stock position for every product in real-time - taken directly from Sage and including sales made through all your other selling channels. Customers will instantly know when a product is available, and when it’s out of stock.

Manage your orders
Orders are sent in real-time to your Sage Sales Order Processing queue so that stock is automatically allocated and stock levels instantly adjusted and displayed online. There is the facility to quick order by stock code or by browsing the product catalogue, and payment can be made on account, with real-time checks against credit limits held in Sage, or by credit card using Sage Pay. Any items not in stock will be removed from the Cart before checkout.
Customers are able to select delivery addresses from those stored in Sage, or add their own, and you can tailor shipping costs with free shipping, flat shipping fees, zone-based shipping costs, or MetaPack shipping.
